I would check for power elsewhere also, make sure your battery is connected, and if power is everywhere else, than check that your fuse is not blown, inside of your drivers door (thats where mine is located, 96 GMC jimmy), if that is still good, ask for more help.

that can be because of the fuel pump relay,a severed wire to the fuel pump or the fuel pump fuse is blown.
Check your fuel pump relay and fuse
The relay supplies power to the fuel pump. the relay clicks on when key is turned to 'on' to power the pump.
The fuel pump relay would be located in the power distribution box under the hood.
Blown fuel pump fuse or defective fuel pump relay.
Blown fuel pump fuse, defective fuel pump relay, or loose or broken wiring.
If the relay is not supplying power to the fuel pump, then no fuel to the motor. No fuel - no power.
The fuel pump in a 94 Lumina should not be running with the relay removed. The relay could be mislabeled, as the fuel pump is still getting power through a relay.
