You may not be breathing correctly or you may be getting too hot. Or you could just get a red face when you work out. Some people sweat, some people get red, some no neither. Depends on the person. I'd say if you aren't feeling light headed, or too over heated, you are just the type of person that gets red faced during excersise.

just like when you get pale in the cold your blood vessles will expand to help give off heat this shows up as red skin, some people just show it more than others. some people sweat better.
