Why would you lose your toolbar in Windows XP even if you have unchecked 'always hide'?

In: Windows

Answer

Move your mouse pointer all the way down below where the toolbar is normally until it is mostly off the screen, see if the pointer turns into a directional arrow (well you may not be able to see it) then left click the mouse and hold the button while draging it up. If that does not work try it on the other 3 sides of the screen. It is there some where, keep trying!
