Virus
You have a virus. It could be a very nasty one that collects information about you and forwards it on to some party without your knowledge. Some of these viruses are not detectable by the standard virus protection software.
Suggestions:
Don't open attachments from sources you don't know. Don't download files from sources you don't know.
Email me or provide additional info on your system and I will suggest ways to detect and remove the bug you have.
