You MIGHT have Asthma OR OR your body needs to be leveled a sirtint way so your lungs can get air through your body...So I'm saying get some pillows and try to lvl your self so you can breath and if that doesnt work YOU HAVE TO SEE A DOCTOR...

You know the saying "you take my breath away?" sometimes you get so anxious/nervous maybe? and your heart beats faster and pumps more blood to your lungs and you can feel short of breath.

Well, your lungs help a ton. When you take a deep breath, your lungs get filled with air and get big. When you let go, your lungs go back small. If you go in the water, lay down and breath a big breath. You can feel yourself floating. Now let it out. You than can feel yourself sinking. Cool huh?

only if you are laughing and hiccuping together, then you can feel out of breath.
Coffee contains caffiene, which is a stimulant. your heart rate will increase, your hands will shake and you will feel short of breath if you are allergic or sensitive to caffiene. try to limit your intake if you dont want to have a reaction to it.

Anytime you feel short of breath and your inhalers are no longer giving you relief. Better safe than sorry. The longer you wait the harder it is for me to open you up.
