This is a complex and sensitive question. Essentially, the population growth in most African countries is high compared to developed countries, due to poverty, and lack of education. There is insufficient foreign investment to create sufficient job opportunities, although the potential for good returns is high. Most countries do not have sufficient own resources to develop and create the massive number of jobs required.
