It's not that is swells it's just the normal reaction for your digestive system. The more food you put in your stomach the more room it'll make. You're stomach will continue to expand (swell) until you get the right amount of food limit into your pouch. You can also train your stomach to expand more by eating just a tad bit more daily.

∙ 12y agoWell you can't expect for your belly to get bigger after eating a grape for example, but if you eat enough of something (epsecially to the point of being full) your belly will get bigger but that's just because their is food in your stomach. The food takes up space that's why there is also a limit to how much you can eat.
