Are you sure this is correct? 25mg of xanax is asking for instant death unless you mean a combined 25mg over many days. If that's the case then it most likely would show up even in the least sensitive and cheapest urine tests. edit: yes it will 100% positively show up

A five panel drug test is a basic test that tests for opiates, PCP, THC (marijuana), cocaine, and amphetamines.
Xanax can only be detected with a benzodiazepine test which is not part of a basic 5 panel test.
