Yes. Call of Duty 4's requirements are:
- CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 2.4 GHz or AMD(R) Athlon(TM)
- 64 2800+ processor or any 1.8Ghz Dual Core Processor or better supported
- RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista)
- Harddrive: 8GB of free hard drive space
- Video card (generic): NVIDIA(R) Geforce(TM) 6600 or better or ATI(R) Radeon(R) 9800Pro or better
The 9800 pro is in fact older than your current videocard. So you should be able to run it with low to medium settings. COD4's reccomended requirements are:
- CPU: 2.4 GHz dual core or better is recommended
- RAM: 1GB for XP; 2GB for Vista is recommended
- Harddrive: 8GB of free hard drive space
- Video card: 3.0 Shader Support recommended. Nvidia Geforce 7800 or better or ATI Radeon X1800 or better
So in order to run the game at maximum quality, you will need to upgrade your videocard (and have at least 2GB of RAM and a 2.4 GHz dual-core CPU).

Depends on what you'll be using the machine for. The 945GM chip is an integrated graphics solution. Capable of the basic operations of your operating system. The x1400 and x1300 are PCI-e dedicated. The x1300 is a 'low-end' card. They have their own dedicated memory to use, and will not share with your main system RAM as a standard integrated card will. Low-end video cards also have technologies that smooth out video playback and DVDs. The x1400 is a 'Mid-range'. It has enough power to play some of the latest games at comfortable settings. They dont produce a lot of heat nor require too much power. Over all a well rounded card. My opinion would be; Take the X1400.

The 6400's with the integrated Intel video cannot be upgraded/changed. The 6400's with ATI or Nvidia video can be upgraded/changed. I wouldn't recommend replacing/upgrading the cards yourself. This will void your warranty with the possibility of ruining your computer.
