Well, everyone knows that in the episode "the boys are back in town" Bubbles admits Boomer is "cute". But when they are all teenagers, ( as seen in the episode "the city of clipsville",) Brick asks Blossom out. Boomer and Bubbles talk, and you can just tell they fall in love. Butch asks Buttercup if she wants to take a ride in his new car. Eventually, they do fall in love. But when they are kids, they practically HATE each other! Blossom and Bubbles do admit that they liked kissing the boys in the boys first appearance. Buttercup on the other hand, she HATED kissing butch.

No, the boys were created to destroy the girls, not to fall in love with them. Them falling in love with each other would be VERY slim. Also, City of Clipsville was a parody episode. That part where they're teens was meant to poke fun at the PPG/RRB fics. So, my answer is no.
