Yes! Your fan shroud will be different and you may have to relocate things. Not sure if you need new frame and motor mounts! The tranny will bolt up. Might want to go with a carburetor if you are not electronic savvy and you will need to run a lockup circuit for the transmission's overdrive to engage.
