Yes. If you were holding your TN DL while you got the ticket in NC, the ticket will be reflected on your TN driving record. Just because you're traveling in another state doesn't mean your driving record isn't affected by driving infractions. Should you decide not to pay the ticket and subsequently try to get a DL in another state, you will be barred from doing so until the ticket is paid.

Yes, it will. These two states belong to the the Interstate Drivers License Compact. All members of the Compact automatically share information regarding moving violations by a non-resident driver with the state of the residence of the driver. Driver's license and insurance points will be assessed against the driver just as if the violation had occurred in the state of residence. Presently the Driver's License Compact consists of 45 states and the District of Columbia. States not included are Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Tennessee and Wisconsin.

Actually it will not. Pennsylvania does not post out of state traffic tickets to your record so there will be no points against your license. However, the NC ticket may require a mandatory court appearance.

The NYSDMV does not record out-of-state violationscommitted by NYS drivers in other jurisdictions. The exceptions are alcohol-related violations, drug-related violations, and moving violations committed in Quebec or Ontario. Under special agreements, traffic convictions in Quebec or Ontario arerecorded on NYS driver license records and carry points. Except for violations in Ontario and Quebec, points are not added to your NYS record for out-of-state violations. If you do not respond to a ticket or fail to pay a fine for a moving violation that you committed in any state except Alaska, California, Michigan, Montana, Oregon or Wisconsin, the DMV suspends your NYS driver license until you respond to the ticket or pay the fine. If a driver from a state except these six states fails to respond to a traffic ticket issued in NYS, their driver license will be suspended until the driver responds to the traffic ticket in NYS. Drivers from other states must contact the DMV in their home state to get information about the effect of a traffic violation conviction that occurs in NYS. If you receive a conviction for an alcohol-related or drug-related driving violation in any state, your NYS driver license is revoked for at least six months.

If you are convicted of a traffic offense in NC, the info will be sent to Florida. Florida will then assess your driver license the points on the violation. If you fail to take care of the ticket, NC will notify Florida who will then suspend your license until the NC ticket is taken care of. Both states are members of the Interstate Driver's License Compact.

No, it won't. Moving violation from one state to the other have no demerit points.

However, it doesn't mean that you don't have to pay the ticket. All states use interstate DL violations system, meaning, that your license will suspended in your state even if you had a ticket in another, which, you haven't paid.
