Will an A.S. degree in business administration be sufficient or do I need certificates of specialization if I don't have experience in the field before anybody will hire me?

[Edit]

If you are going to stay with an associates degree in business, better to get certifications in various related areas. However, if you have the opportunity to pursue the bachelors degree in a specific area, I would recommend very strongly you do so.
