No. The new iPod Touch 4G's are slimer than the 3G and a hard or soft case will not fit them.
No nothing but the your skin works on an iPod touch.
Found myself an answer actually... http://www.zagg.com/invisibleshield/index.php
There are few awesome accessories available for the iPod touch, which includes a USB power adaptor, earphones, and a skin cover (case.) You could also buy a travel cleaning kit.
You must use your finger (or other parts of your body made of skin) for all actions performed on the touch screen of your iPod Touch. It has been designed to only recognize skin and not touches from objects in your pocket or other annoyances. As a consequence, styluses and fingernails do not work on your iPod Touch's screen.
Yes, I used an iPhone case nit iPhone skin. Because iPhone skin is a sticker. It does not provide full protection to your iPhone. Go I use Gadgtezkart's iPhone cases all the time for my iPhone.

Not really, but if it falls then yes you'll need one.
You can't. Well unless you wanted to make your iphone an ipod touch. Those 3 dots are necessary. one is for auto brightness, one is for when you put the phone to your ear to make a call, the phone screen 'sleeps' so that your ear doesnt press anything on your iphone screen, whereas its skin resistant. i guess. AANyyways.. theres probably no way of getting rid of them. Even the ipod touchs have one. :) hope this helped.
The skin is the largest organ of the body, a cover for the organs, muscles and other tissues and the place where touch and heat sensitive nerves are located.
iPhone skin is basically a sticker. It only protects against scratches. A case will give more protection. iPhone skin is an iPhone case, it is not the original part from apple. Original iPhone house faceplate can't be take off without open tool. But the iPhone skin is an extra case made by other factory.
covers or stickers that help protect your ipod.
