Right now, there is no way of knowing that. A lot of it probably depends on the locations of the studios. They are more concerned with finding people for now. With a death toll predicted at around 10,000, I am sure that the next episode of an anime is not their priority. But all southern Japan anime studios should still be running. Also, the fansub group CureCom, who subs Fresh Pretty Cure and Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo has been hit by the earthquake. They are alive, but all their equipment is lost due to the earthquake.
