YES! It's a really good thing you asked before buying it. Call of Duty: Black Ops game disc has been destroying Wiis all over the world because the disc's file is WAY too big for the Wii, and it completely overloads the Wii and causes the console to be destroyed! I recommend buying an Xbox (after my Wii broke, that's what I did). UPDATE: Black Ops can break your Wii but when you call tech support mention Black Ops and you should get offered a fix for free. Try calling again if it doesn't work. They will pay for FedEx shipping. They will send back a different disc, that won't break it again.

∙ 13y agoIt can. There has been a good amount of cases about broken Wiis. But I heard that Nintedno will repair your Wii at no charge if it does get broken from Black Ops.
