Most people don't even realise they are pregnant if they have just had a baby, they just think it is still the post-natal hormones making them feel odd. My cousin was complaining to my Mom that she couldn't lose her post-baby weight and she was still breast feeding him at 9 months and hadn't had a period. My Mom looked at her and said "Are you sure it is POST baby weight?" She was 20 weeks pregnant. It had taken her 3 years to conceive her first and she fell for her second with a coil in, she had no idea she was pregnant.

If you are indeed pregnant, because you tested sooner you can get the prenatal care that you and your baby needs. Did you have an ultrasound done? I had an ovum oblightum, I went in for my first ultrasound and they're was no baby, i went in for 2 more ultrasounds after that still no baby so i had a D&C done. I noticed that my pregnancy symptoms just started to vanish right around the time they said the pregnancy stopped growing. But if you had an ultra sound, they would of caught it.
