Will clove cigarettes make you fail a drug test?

no it will not. i kno. i was afraid of that also. only actual drugs like pot, heroin, meh..ect. will make u fail.

They can test you for cotinine, which is the chemical your body makes when you smoke cigarettes. I can think of three reasons to run the test--you're a minor on probation and one of the conditions is you don't smoke cigarettes; you're being tested as part of a life insurance physical; or you are trying to get a job where being a nonsmoker is a condition of employment. But as far as crossreacting with something like the THC test--where you smoke cigarettes but the test says you really smoke pot? No.

^^^this guy is a jerk, don't pay attention to his answer as he isn't informed enough to handle answering this question. Cloves will not make you fail a drug test for work, unless that test includes tobacco testing. They are not just made of cloves and nothing else, there is 10-12mg of tar and about 1mg of nicotine. Most work places do not check for tobacco use, so I think you're alright. Good luck!

No, smoking Cuban cigars is just like smoking any other tobacco product (unless of course they have been laced with something, but that is very unlikely).
