What happens is So Random wins the tween choice awards and Chad gets all up set about it so he talks to Sonny and they both admit it feels weird. So after a while he comes back and tells Sonny that he demanded a recount. Mackenzie Falls won and So Random lost. Sonny was dissapointed and said that she can't be with someone who always puts himself first and that the worst part was that she knew he was trying to help. He leaves and they're both all sad but he leaves the award on the table (so sweet). With any luck they will get back together later in season 3 (you know they will it's Disney channel for Pete sakes!)

∙ 13y agowell, they break up several times in season 2, but in the episode for the tween choice awards, they break up for good. Chad is obviously trying to get sonny to be his girlfriend again by going to her and telling sonny he lost something everytime he sees her.

In "That's so Sonny" Raven guest stars on sonny with a chance. Raven feels that chad would have more fans if he wasn't dating sonny. So chad has to choose in between being with sonny or getting his 1,000,000 fans.
