Yes but only for a Urine Test to pass for Marajuana, Amphetamines, etc. You can buy it at almost any grocery store. Drink plenty of water ahead of time take the sure gel two hours before wait a bit then urinate, after that drink a 20oz. bottle water to refill your bladder with clean water because the sure gel prevents toxins from reaching your stomach contents. And your ready to go; ALSO don't forget to take B vitamins(ESPECIALLY B2) which are responsible for turning that water into a yellow urine color! If you don't take them your urine will be too clear and they'll call you out on dilution and make you retake it later.

I know it works for sure, I use it for all of my Navy drug tests. Basically, here's what I do:
1 Packet sure-jell (the yellow box)
1 20 oz powerade
mix the two, and chug it down.
pour water or more powerade in the empty bottle,
shake and then chug that.
Piss about 3 times, then head off to your test.
Unless you've been taking vitamins, b6/13, or creatine supplements,
your urine will be ultra clear. Depending on who's testing you, they may not care. I know the navy doesn't.
