Warm olive oil may be warmed and dripped into the ear that has a wax build-up,manipulate the back of the ear whilst head is tilted and plug with a little cotton-wool making sure not too push the wool into the ear too much as it is only needed to keep the oil from running out to quick.Repeat this a few times a day for 3 days and you will notice the softened wax coming out onto the cotton wool.It is safe to continue doing this untill you can feel that the wax has gone which will be when your hearing returns to normal.
