Yes, sega and Nintendo are discussing the possibilities of making a 2d/3d fighting game of which each character has a their own story. It is thought of as being similar like Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe only it's suitable for all ages.
It should mix the elements of excitement and humour that will make their loyal fans call "the best."
