If you mean the movie, (Which I assume since there are already 13 books) then maybe. The producers have spoken with Handler (Author) about making another in the style of stop motion since the actors are too old. But producers say that the movie IS coming, just delayed. Auditions are in 2012. It will come out in 2013.

β 12y agoJim Carrey has said that he will return for a sequel. Paramount and Nickelodean have said that they hope the film will become like the Harry Potter franchise. But recently, a representative of Paramount has says there will be a delay. They assured us there will be a sequel. Auditions are in 2012. It will come out in 2013.

After there mansion burns down (along with their parents), they meet a cousin who torments them. They end up hiding from this "cousin" at various locations. He wants to steal their parents' fortune as they solve the mystery of who he REALLY is. Good book...

β 13y agoThe movie is based on the first three books of A Series Of Unfortunate Events.
In the very beginning there is a cheery movie titled "The Littlest Elf" and Lemony Snicket changes it to ASOUE. The Baudelaire Children in the beginning are having fun doing what they love which is reading (Klaus), inventing (Violet), and biting (Sunny). Mr. Poe the banker comes up to them and tells them that there was a fire at their mansion and that their parents perished with the rest of their belongings. The orphans were then taken to live with Count Olaf and had to do all the chores. Count Olaf wants the Baudelaire Fortune and will do whatever he can to get it - even if that means arson and murder. Count Olaf tried to run them over with a train to kill them and get the fortune. However his plan backfired when the children change the course of the train. The children were then taken to another guardian after a threatening and ominous warning from Count Olaf about no matter where they go and what they do he will find them. As soon as the Baudelaires arrive at their Uncle Montgomery Montgomery's house they find out that he is a herpetologist (reptile scientist). Uncle Monty shows the children his 'Reptile Room' and the Incredibly Deadly Viper. Despite the name he is harmless. Count Olaf comes in dressed in a disguise. In their sleep, the Count murders Monty and forces the children to move to another guardian. Aunt Josephine meets Capetian Sham (Count Olaf in disguise) and had to hide in Curdled Cave.
