In fact, there are already two fan-made! One about the original series, one about the New Prophecy series. Both of these games (only for PC, and compatible with both Windows and Mac*, and possibly Linux.), are available for free at the link in related links.

Second, there is not a full-length video-game type style of Warrior cats. However, there are many role plays scattered about the internet, where you can take the role of a warrior cat and write as if writing a fan-fiction while interacting with others. I recommend searching one of these - they are like games, where you take the role of a warrior cat, but without the flash-video-game-feel.
