If you read the recent manga chapters it does not look like anyones going to get with anyone or have babies. Sasuke and Naruto will most likely end up killing each other. This isn't a romance, it's an action series.

actually kurenai is pregenant and shikimaru is going to train the baby when he comes of age and as for naruto and sasuke killing each other naruto is gonna die unless somehow he gets stronger because of how much sasuke got boosted up.

Actually there is romance because Naruto likes Sakura and Sakura likes Saskue (Even though he's annoying and too emo) and Hinata likes Naruto. And then there was a whole Naruto and Saskue set-off in which the gay pictures of them started showing up on Google.

How is it emo?And no! Naruto likes Sakura,that is true,but if you see further into Shippuden Sakura starts to have more and more feelings for Naruto,and plus Hinata is too shy to tell Naruto how she feels.
