I don't think he will get in trouble as long as your parents are OK with the whole thing and don't want to turn him in. As long as no one turns him in for sleeping with a minor, then things should be OK.

∙ 11y agoThe fact that you are having sex can very well get him charged with statutory rape. it depends on the laws where you live, if there is a close in age exception in the law because at 15 you have not reached the age of consent in any state.
