The future is hard to predict, even for the experts. Here are a few ideas you can pursue in order to more fully understand your situation relative to the 'market'.

Your first task is to understand your city's zoning ordinance, so that you're confident that 'high-density-housing' is appropriate for your 'neighborhood'.

Next, you don't mention what existed on the land prior to this development. Depending on whether it was a heavily wooded forest -- haven for many wild animals, or a fallow lot full of trash, the new development will have a different effect on the neighborhood.

Understand, however, that real estate ownership, which is why builders build condominiums, may be a 'healthier' civil option for a neighborhood than for example, a transient apartment building.

How do you move a family to a new neighborhood on the sims 2?

What you do is put that family in a house in whatever neighborhood you are in currently. Then, while they are still in that house, put that house in the house bin. Go to the neighborhood you want the family to be and go to the house bin. In that bin the family should be in there and just move them in whatever spot you want and it's good. * WARNING * If you move a family in their house to another neighborhood. Lets say you don't like it there and you decide to move the house back to it's original neighborhood. This is VERY important!! If you move it back to the original neighborhood everybody disappears except the owner. For example, If i moved Mortimer Goth's house, then back to the original neighborhood only he and the house now exist. The rest of the goth family disappears from existance except Mortimer Goth since he is the Owner of the Home. If you create a family I don't know who the owner is or what will happen. I think the FIRST sim you made when you created the family stays, or the whole family I don't know. Good luck and don't do anything unless you know the outcome unless you want your family gone.

How did a residential condominium started?

Residential condominiums are started by developers who either buy existing high-density, multi-family housing and convert it to condominiums, or who build new properties. The price of each unit depends on the location of the community, the amenities included there, and the interior size and finishes of each unit.
