Yes, it should do. At 6 weeks, it won't have got much bigger. I would expect it would take about 6 weeks for it to get back to its normal size again.

If you are concerned, an ultrasound test will confirm the emptiness of the uterus. == Yes, it is possible to have tissue left in your uterus after a miscarriage, this is called retained placenta. You really need to have a doctor confirm this, as a retained placenta could cause death, through hemorraghing or infection.

How long after a miscarriage should a d and c be preformed?

I had to wait 2 weeks after the baby had no heartbeat to have mine done. It all depends if your hcg levels return to normal or not either. They usually don't want to perform those if they don't have too because sometimes it can be harmful to your uterus. So unless you are still bleeding and stuff I don't know.

Not passing tissue after miscarriage?

It will start to decompose and give you infections and that is why you have to see a doctor when you miscarry and have a D&C, an abortion method where they scrape the uterus.

No. Go and see a doctor. You are probably having a miscarriage.

Is it true that after you miscarry that your period only stays on for 2 days?

No. After a miscarriage you will experience what most women describe as "a heavy period". You may also bleed longer than a normal period. I have heard one woman say she bled for two weeks after a miscarriage. Your cycle will then return to normal, and you should experience a normal period as per your cycle - ie 28 days.
