Pending on how old you are, you should be able to. Might wanna get online and find the nearest Navy recruiters office around you and call them. If anything you might need a waiver from MEPS but i dont think that would be a problem if you were a Marine. Army...might be hard, but Marine...yeah you're set, you're too valuable to the government to not let you re-enlist.
If you meet the entrance requirement, absolutely. Depending on your current rate/rank, and how long you wait to re-enlist, you might lose your rank, but as long as you meet their enlistment requirements it's not a problem.
No, your enlistment was terminated when you were discharged.
No you cannot do that. The Navy SEALs is just that, the NAVY. You would have to finish your enlistment in the Marine Corps and then join the Navy.
No. Corpsman are from the Navy.
Yep - the maximum enlistment age for the U.S. Navy is 34.
no join the navy
You let your enlistment with the Navy expire and then join the Marines. There is no 'transfer' between the two units. If you are a Corpsman, you can be asked to serve with the Marines.
Certainly. You can enlist in one state and be separated from the service in another location. They will typically give you the cost of transportation back to the original state.
you enlist in the navy as a corpsman and you will be assigned a medical profession.
The minimum enlistment age then, as it is today, was 17, and parental permission is required. Quite a few noted sailors and Marines lied about their age and actually enlisted at 16, since records were harder to come by then.
Pretty short - the current height minimum for both men and women for Navy enlistment is 51" (4'3").Of course the requirement is taller for the Army and Marines; they want people to at least be taller than the packs they're carrying.
According to the U.S. Navy enlistment standards, if you are a single parent you cannot enlist in the Navy.
Actually I have! I was in the Marines first for for full enlistment, then the AF, then the Navy, then got a Commission in the Army.
