Would a lawyer be effective in removing your name from a relative's credit card that was added when you were a minor?

Answer

This question is a little confusing. First of all a minor cannot be a joint account holder. Secondly, the only thing you need to do to be removed from an account is send a request in writing to the issuer. Thirdly, you will still be responsible for the debt that has been occurred up to the point of your cancellation. However, if you were a minor, you are not responsible for any debt owed. See why I am confused about the question? :)
