Canada sucks with Real Estate investments due to a Hefty Tax that is imposed on non-residents.

Real Estate investments in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington seem to have less risk and more gain in equity.

Once again I'd recommend not to invest in Canada due to its tax laws.
