Would refrozen meat contaminate other products in the same refrigerator?

It depends. Was the refrozen meat in an open container? Did meat juice leak out before it was refrozen and contaminate other items? If the answer is yes, then there is a possibility that contamination occurred. Never refreeze meat!!
