Would shock struts cause a sound on a 1993 Toyota Corolla 1.8 DX?

[Edit]

Answer

When I drive my Corolla 93 1.8 DX and slow down on a speed bump on a road, I hear a squeaky sound coming from the front and rear shock absorbers/struts. Does my car needs lubrication or oiling in those areas. When there is a pot hole than there is no sound at all. The only sound that comes out is at the speed bumps when car springs/struts shrink or expand. It looks like dryness feeling from those areas. It mostly happens when its cold. It is doing like this since last winter but I didn't had any problem. Its just annoying. Do I need to replace the struts or absobers? or is there any way I can lubricate it? Please help. Thanks
