In: Tigers
[Edit]

Answer

Yes it would because Tigers do something very important when the kill their prey. That is: Tigers usually pick off slow and injured animals as their prey, so it prevents the injured and the unhealthy from breeding which will keep that species clean of more unhealthy or injured animals.
