Personally, I would. Who are you to stop him? It's his life, not yours. He'll probably get enough criticism from his classmates, and he doesn't need his family bothering him on top of that. Just be proud of your son for questioning the ways of the world around him and thinking independently. I understand your concerns, but he's just making a fashion statement. He's not hurting anyone. Let him be.
i think you should wear a nice dress with some heels. or a skirt (not a mini skirt) and blouse with heels.
A cream colored top, silk or polyester, would go fine with black, whether dress shorts or dress pants or a skirt. Heels are optional; any dress shoes would be acceptable. The "optional" would depend on how high the heels are and how experienced the wearer is with extra high heels. It's not worth breaking one's neck to be the wearer of stiletto heels. Females with wide (medium) width feet do much better with high heels. Those with narrow feet usually do better to stick with lower heels.
That would depend upon the laws applicable to where you live. In the United States under the EEOC Prohibited Employment Policy/Practices, a company is allowed to have a dress code that applies to everyone in a job category, but there are some exceptions. None of them include just because you are uncomfortable in a skirt and heels. If this is related to religious beliefs or a disability, you can request an accommodation. The employer would have to modify the dress code or permit an exception, unless it would cause the company undue hardship.
She would probable wear something sparkly and fancy, like a skirt or even a dress. Don't go to casual to a party because you need to dress up a bit. And her hair would be curly. And also she would wear heels and accessorise well.

When a person is short and stocky they should go with smooth, modern lines re their wedding dress; no frills or bows (these make the person look stockier and shorter.) Off the shoulder (no sleeves) with the skirt of the wedding dress hanging gracefully off the hip and not a billowy wide skirt on the wedding dress. It should be floor length just touching the top bone (above the toes) of the feet. If you can handle high heels two inches or more or even spiked heels this will give you height, but, remember, you are going to be on your feet for a long time. A suggest on wearing spiked heels is to practice wearing them around your home; then wear them at the wedding and also while getting wedding pictures and after the first dance with the groom you could chance in to lower heels that are more comfortable and go with the wedding dress.
