Your thesis statement is the statement that "tells them what you're going to tell them." What is your overall argument about bullying? That's going to be your thesis statement! Then you start proving that argument with the essay.
i had this same dilema for my schools speak up week. What i found the most helpful was to look up facts about bullying ( with actual numbers and stats.) and add them into ur speech. Also get lots of peoples feed back as you go alond. Adress the audience alot ask them questions but dont ask for awnsers. Talk to people who have been bullying and add what they say into the speech DONT USE NAMES.

find examples where bullying has lead to bad results, like suicide. Then incorporate those into a speech to why stopping bullying is important

i attend a catholic school and in my school there is no real bullying. if there is it is not tolerated! that is just my school though and the bigger school you get im sure there is more of a chance of bullying happening.

Just write what people want you to write. And things that can be changed or helped out in your school and have your English teacher read over it.
keep blabbing on about your memories of that school. also write about friends and their impact on you. if you dont like that school then lie.
