Well, of course it's very unnatural and unusual for a 13 year old to have a baby, but as far as I know, it can't hurt you any more than a normal birth can, unless there is complications, which can happen in any birth.

∙ 9y agoNo. Honestly, if you have a family to support you, and your baby, and if your boyfriend and his family is gonna help out with the baby, then there is nothing bad about it. You're never to young to be a mother, or a father as long as you take care of your baby. The hospitals have special medicine and they have high risk doctors for young ones. Its nothing to be ashamed of. There's a difference between getting pregnant, and being sexually loose. Do what you want. If you want a baby, have one. Don't let anyone bring you down.
