i am 15. im 6'4. i drink about 2 litres of milk everyday. i think its the reason i am tall.

Yeah ive always been the tallest in my class (until i joined classes with younger people) and i drunk loads of milk when i was kid. I think theres a specific stage at which drinking the milk is more beneficial though. Lying down a lot makes you grow tall aswell. To be honest though being tall isn't fun, theres a lot of people out there who would be happy if i died simply on the basis that i am tall. To be honest it gives no real advantage apart from captivating female interest on a very basic level. There's a lot of prejudice against taller people and although shorter people get called names people tend to be nicer to them. To be honest height really doesnt matter, that's stupid, you'll (mentally) grow out of it.

Therefore, you should achieve "deep level" sleep on a daily basis in order to coordinate your affords of exercises and proper diet. The following are some helpful tips on how to easily achieve deep level sleep.

Sleep in a comfortable and firm mattress.

Sleep in a room that is dark, quiet and fresh smelling.

Sleep with clean, soft, and comfortable clothes.

Keep your hands and feet warm. Scientific studies have shown that warm hands and feet will help induce REM (rapid eye movement) deep sleep. Cold hands and feet will keep you from deep sleep.

Drink a big glass of water before going to bed and when you wake up; this will help clean out your system.

Practice total relaxation and deep breathing for a few minutes before you go to bed.

Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.

Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.

Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.

After careful consideration and research, the daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items were taken regularly.

Carrots Fish Liver

Egg Yolk Beef Red Meat

Milk Cheese Apples

Green Vegetables Potatoes Nuts

Yellow Vegetables Almonds Bananas

Peanuts Chicken Beans

Peas Salt 6-8 glasses of water per day

If you eat a lot of peanut butter, your height will not necessarily stop. Neither does masturbation stop height.

What might stop you from growing is smoking, drugs, alcohol, lack of sleep, stress, digestive problems, or lack of exercise.

Well im not sure because i am also 5'5 and i have 11 size feet too . if you have a short jean in your family you might stay your height . but since your about 16 you should be done with growing you should have had all your growth spurts so you will most likely stay the same height .

Many of the things that affect your height at any given stage in your life can neither be known or changed. Even comparing yourself to your parents is not terribly accurate. Some people believe the average of the height of both parents will be a good measure of how tall a child will be, but this is a notoriously inaccurate means of forecasting. Everybody knows families where children have either surpassed, or who are shorter than one or both of the parents. It all depends on genetics mostly, and any prediction is going to be a best-guess scenario.

If you are a boy then chances are very high. And if you are a girl and if you just entered your puberty, then chances are there but if you attained your puberty long time ago, then chances are very low. But still human skeleton comes to completion only after 20.
