Some software installers search for "Administrator" as username, if your username is not "Administrator" and you have administrator privilages, these software installers will give you this error. To avoid this, make sure you login with username "Administrator".
Another way to resolve this admin issue is to go to Add/Remove Progs and check the box that says "Show Updates" and then locate
Security Updates for Windows XP (KB927891) and remove it. This will
