What to do if you are getting abused?

if your friend is being abused you should try telling your parents about it. hopefully they will be able to help. before you tell your parents make sure your friend knows first. im not sure if this will work but talk to your friend and think of something to do to stop the abuse.

This is a very easy and good question. All you simply do is wait to be struck, take photo's of the evidence that your husband/roomate hit you. It would also be more helpful to place a video camera to record the evidence that he/she hit you. After this, you should call the police right away! This can be done by calling 9-1-1 any of the Kids Help Lines or a direct call to the police of social services.

Do not accept it, or put up with it.

I know from personal RESERCH that if you are being victimized how you feel and how cruel kids can be if you are victimised physicaly:

• Stand up to them( if they push you over get back up and get in their face)
• then tell them sternly "don't you have anything better to do"
• or "go away and leave me alone i don't want any of your crap"

take a photo or show somone as when it is on the intenet or phones etc. it is a police matter

if mental then just ignore them i know it may get hard but just stick in there.

i know how hard it can get but just hang in there it will eventially stop and i know that from experience all their friends just back them up when you report it and that afterwards they call you "dobber" or something hope this helps.
