I am a sophomore at GWU. I received a 1300/1600 and a 2120/2400 on my SATs but I am not sure that the university weighs the scores heavily when deciding upon an application.
i would say by communicating, parties, university, etc learning of that person's personality that she is interested in and then deciding.
