Pregnancy and numbness? You should immediately speak to your obstetrician, immediately not tomorrow, call now. It can mean many things or nothing better safe than sorry.
The above poster is correct and I just wanted to add that the baby could be pressing on a nerve causing this, but, it can be other things as well and it's good advice the above poster gave you. Phone for a doctor's appointment now! Explain to the doctor's receptionist what is going on and if she can't get you in for a couple of days then please go to the ER or a clinic (at least.)
