Your insurance agent can give you a quote, and ask for a copy of your application and get a few quotes from other agents because different companies have different rules and rates based on their specific experience with your type of business..
That said, insurance companies don't usually like to issue Comp policies for less than a year. but if you're in the entertainment business (pyrotech, sound tech, musician, promoter, manager, lighting tech, DJ, etc.) there's a Comp alternative called VOCAL.
