It sounds like the receiver unit has lost the signal from the dish. There are a few reasons why it could happen.
First, the dish may have been moved from its proper position. A change of a degree or two can cause the signal from the satellite to be lost. Wind can move a dish if it hasn't been fixed firmly.
Second, the cable between the dish and the receiver may be damaged. It might be visible damage but it could also be water damage inside the cable.
Next, the LNB (the small unit in front of the dish) may be faulty.
Finally, it could be a fault with the receiver itself.
It can be difficult to track down the problem without specialist tools, so it sounds like a call to a local satellite or TV service center might be the quickest way to resolve the problem.
Satellite signals are sometimes not broadcast by the satellite itself. This is rare and is normally corrected within seconds or minutes. Before assuming a fault, try it again and try different channels - It might just have been a break in transmission for a minute or two.
You get unusable signal on your TV because your TV is not on the correct input setting to pick up the signal from your device (DISH Network or other provider). You only need to change the input setting to find the correct input to get the signal.
You can look at either the notification bar (carrier logo might display there), to the Quick Settings tray (pull dropdown, bottom of dropdown should tell you what network you are on, or on signal strength icon), under Settings>Wireless & Networks>More>Mobile networks>Access Point Names or Network Operators.
Answer: When a mobile phone network is searching for a handset that handset will send it's ID back to the network to say, "Here I am!" then it start communicating with the network, by doing that it transmit an RF signal that is generating magnetic fields, that is strong enough to disturb the cathode ray in the monitor or TV screen, the same thing happen when one bring a magnet near a screen, but don't try it, it can permanently destroy the monitor or TV screen.
Usually a no signal message means that the video card is not detecting the monitor. An easy way to fix this is to download the latest drivers for your video card and it should detect the monitor.

how do we protect our cable network from signal jammer
A wireless router takes your Internet connection from your modem and splits it with other computers on your network. The stronger the wireless router the better the signal you will receive. The stronger the signal the further you can be from the router and receive an Internet connection. As good as a strong signal sounds you should consider that your signal can be picked up your neighbors and passers by who may try to access your network.
Depends on your network's bandwith allocation and how good of a signal of the network you have

A 50 Ohm Terminator is used at each end of the network to prevent signal reflections.
You have to have a router. When that sends out signal, your PS3 will catch it and you will have internet. First setup your router. Then go to the Network setings on your PS3 and then click on "SCAN" . Then your router name should show up on the screen. Click on that and enter your password (If you have one, I recommend that you do). Then go to your PS3 browser and connect to your router and then the internet should work!
