you dont feel a pulse in you stomach when your pregnant, just because the child has a heart beat, you cant feel it. but if you have missed a period i would take a pregnancy test because if you are pregnant you should really have prenatal care. remember when you become pregnant its not just about you any more, you have to care for the safty of your child as well.
