no your tongue will never get tired if you look in the mirror and you look at it your tongue will still be moving even if there is no pressure or force on to it. in conclusion your tongue is never tired.

Being dizzy means everything looks as if it is spinning. Being light headed means you feel faint and sometimes like you are GOING to faint. I have been feeling like this for weeks. Don't worry about it. :)

"Tired a lot" and "dizzy spells" could be explained by low blood pressure and general unwellness. "Forgetfulness" could be anything from lack of sleep to old age dementia to being easily distracted. "Random panic attacks"... well that's probably more of a personality/phobia deal.

Age isn't important - healthy blood pressure is 120/80 so you're pretty close. Unless you're feeling dizzy or overly tired, I wouldn't worry about it. You can always see your doctor if you're worried.
