Your Highness, i have a complaint against a british national who now lives in dubai , running a construction buisness . This man Baljinder Chohan , had offered us ( myself and almost 4500 other people ) parcels of green belt land ( agricultural land ) in England . He sold us the land and promised to get planning permission for construction of houses , and thus we could sell the land to a builder for a profit His company UKLI ( united kingdom land investment ) suffered heavy losses due to the fact that money this man had taken from us was diverted to his other ailing buisnesses , and as a result , ukli went into receivership , by the orders of high court in London . This man ran off with excess of 50 million pounds . Now he is residing in Dubai running buisness selling apartments to people .

Your exellency , we are hard working , ordinary people working hard for the lives of our children . This man has robbed us of our money . this is a crime not acceptable in any society , the reason why he has ran to dubai is that Dubai cannot extradite him to UK , due to absence of agreement between the two states , his roots are indian and as name shows he is a SIKH
