Your 6yr old sister is out of control what should you do?

You didn't give us much information as to what your age was, if your parents or one parent is involved so it's a tough question to answer. If your parents arestill living together (even just one parent is raising you and your sister) then it's up to your parent(s) to control your sister and NOT YOU! By not doing so the parent(s) are 'enablers.' If your sister doesn't reform to house rules then there are plenty of places your parent(s) could take her too in the children's system for problem children (this may be enough to scare her.) If you are the only one looking after your sister then you should seek counseling for both of you. The counselor will help you through the ropes and see what is really going through your 6 year old sister's head. Also, your sister could have a health issue and you may not understand. If you feel your sister could be ill then it's time to ask your parent(s) what is going on. If you are old enough to be concerned about your sister then you are old enough to know all the facts. You show a great deal of maturity and caring for your sister. Talk to someone about this in the family, minister, counselor or better yet your parent(s).
