There is nothing - absolutely nothing - that can never run out of energy.
Nothing. you'd get wet, and the battery would get wet, but noting else unless it was plugged in to something, then you may get shocked.
something else must be running when the car is off besides the clock.
Nothing except the radio presets and the radio if it has theft deterrent.
If you need a battery then there is nothing that can replace it.
When you take the battery out nothing really happens. I tried it myself and it did nothing.
Starter relay, neutral/park safety switch, ingition switch in the column, ignition fuse.
A battery charges nothing it accepts a charge from the alternator.
Did it run before you swapped batteries or did you guess it was a bad battery. Did you have the old battery tested? If it ran before you swapped batteries then i would say you left something unhooked or the battery terminals are cruddy and need cleaned
air!
If something exists and nothing doesn't exist then nothing is never better than something. Nothing does not exist so it can't be better than something. Answer Or...if you have something but it's terrible or miserable then...nothing CAN be better than something. :-)
