on my 1996 Saturn it was a blown fuse under my hood my headlights worked, but the lcd light or my back lights on my car didnt work.

The switch for the fog lights is above the radio, next to the rear window defrost button and the traction control defeat button.

The dash lights and lights to the gear shift panel are grounded through the radio, be sure that the radio plug and ground to radio are connected. If you have taken out the radio you may try grounding the plug wire that connects to the radio lights.
Check that you haven't got the dimmer turned all the way down. If you can't find the dimmer, check your owners manual. You should have everything in this book memorized before you drive the car.
Each radio has it's own code, and no 2 are the same. You will have to cantact your Saturn dealer.

A pinched or crossed wire for a 91 Chevy crew cab plow could cause the lights and radio to not work. They could also be separate problems. Start but checking the marker lights fuse, then recheck all of the snowplow wiring.
